Metrology
This laboratory ensures the calibration of measurement and control equipment. It has the necessary assets to assist companies to better manage measuring, control and test instrument fleets in order to comply with the requirements of quality management standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, …).
Mass metrology
Weighing is an essential step in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical, agri-food, … The reliability of all these weighings is based on mass standards with adequate accuracy to guarantee quality measurements.
Calibrated instruments :
- Standard weights in accordance with OIML R111 from 1 mg to 20 kg from class E2,
- Weight adjustment or standard masses,
- Issuance of a verification report for the standard weights,
- Calibration of masses of pressure balances, bells, pistons in conventional mass.

Force metrology
The CTMCCV metrology laboratory calibrates traction and compression testing machines, according to the applicable standards and reference texts.
Our expertise and know-how has enabled us to operate in all industrial sectors, in particular the automobile industry, aeronautical, metallurgical and building materials industry (cement factories, civil engineering laboratories, …).
Our laboratory has equipment for the calibration of uniaxial testing machines in traction mode from 10 N to 500 kN and in compression mode for measurements ranging from 100 N up to 2000 kN.
For compression testing machines for hardened concrete (concrete press), our laboratory calibrates and checks these machines according to European standard EN 12390-4.
In addition to the calibration of the force indicator, our laboratory has the appropriate means to check the force transfer, flatness control, roughness and hardness of the trays.

Weighing metrology
For the weighing domain, the metrology laboratory of the CTMCCV relies on the COFRAC LAB GTA 95 document, which defines the method of calibration and evaluation of the associated uncertainty.
It is involved in the calibration of Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments (IPFNA) covering the range from 1 mg to 1 ton.

- Scale.
The metrology laboratory also offers a complete service for the calibration of raw material dosing equipment in order to obtain the composition and regularity expected for the manufacture of concrete products.

Pressure metrology
Calibration of pressure measuring instruments is carried out by comparison with reference standards according to the requirements of the EURAMET cg/17 guide :

Couple metrology
For controlled tightening, the CTMCCV metrology laboratory provides its customers with a calibration service for their clamping means, keys and dynamometric screwdrivers. Calibration is carried out according to the ISO 6789-2 standard by comparison with a standard torque chain, made up of high-end couple meters, covering a wide range from 0.2 Nm to 500 Nm.
