Preparation for the Third Phase of the KAIZEN Program

As part of the preparation for the implementation of the third phase of the Tunisian-Japanese technical cooperation program in the field of quality and productivity improvement “KAIZEN”, a meeting was held on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at the headquarters of the Technical Center for Building Materials, Ceramics, and Glass, between a working team from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the General Director of the center, in the presence of a group of Kaizen executives and trainers who had been previously trained under this project.
This meeting provided an opportunity to review the action plan for the program, discuss the current situation of the Kaizen trainers, highlight their expectations, and submit their proposals.
The General Director praised the efforts made in the field of quality and productivity improvement “KAIZEN”, expressing confidence in the success of the third phase of the program.
