Who are we ?

The CTMCCV was created in 1982, it is a legal person of public economic interest, endowed with civil personality and financial autonomy (Law No. 94-123 of November 28, 1994, relating to technical centers in industrial sectors).

Our skill areas

With a wealth of long experience in the field of construction materials, ceramics and glass industries, the CTMCCV brings together a large number of experts including engineers and technicians, and puts its know-how at the service of companies and institutions.

Our Quality Policy

The CTMCCV has decided on its quality policy according to its context and its strategic orientation, which aims to improve competitiveness and promote industrial companies and service organizations, particularly those in the IMCCV sector.

The CTMCCV undertakes to set up and maintain a Quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/CEI 17025 standard as well as to continuously improve its efficiency.

Similarly, the CTMCCV is committed to carrying out its activities with complete impartiality and confidentiality.

In order to continuously develop our performance and to better satisfy our customers, our quality policy is based on the following strategic axes:

  • Develop and maintain the accreditations of Calibration and Testing Laboratories,
  • Continuously improve the quality of our services by listening carefully to customers and anticipating their requests, with the aim of constantly increasing their satisfaction,
  • Develop the technical skills of the staff,
  • Manage the organization through the QMS and the continuous improvement of its efficiency.

This policy seems to us to be the most suitable for achieving our objectives, which are monitored at intervals predefined by those concerned and updated as necessary by management.

Our missions

  • The collection and dissemination of technical, industrial and commercial information as well as all statistics and the development of technical and economic studies inherent in industrial activities.
  • The inventory of all the national resources in raw materials, in collaboration with all the national research institutes as well as the study of the characteristics of these resources with a view to their exploitation.
  • Assistance to manufacturers for the modernization of production methods, technological improvement and quality control.
  • The development of the use of ecological techniques allowing the protection of the environment, the preservation of sustainable resources and the reduction of waste and polluting discharges. These techniques must also allow the recycling of products and waste as well as an acceptable treatment of non-recyclable waste.
  • Carrying out awareness-raising actions on energy management, the environment, improving the rate of management, training, …
  • Contribution to the elaboration of standards and assistance to manufacturers for their application.
  • Collaboration with technical centers, institutes and universities both Tunisian and foreign for the development of the sector and the application of the results obtained by scientific research.
  • Coordination with specialized centers in vocational training actions according to the needs of industrial activities.
  • The elaboration of any study and prospecting for the development and promotion of exports.
  • Assistance to companies to enable them to improve the use of their technical and human production potential, by directing them towards the development of new products and the establishment of appropriate investment programs.
  • The creation of analysis and test laboratories to carry out the expertise necessary for industrial activities.
  • Participation in the development of specifications for the profession.
  • Association with research organizations for quality improvement.
